Ordering Before you can order from the Chase Superbike Centre Limited online store, we ask you to register with the website. This is so that we can capture essential delivery information and also improve your online experience. If you set up an account with us we will issue you with a username and password so that you may access your account in the future. We do not operate a back order policy. Only products for which there is stock will be available for sale on the web site. UK Returns Procedure This returns procedure is for goods purchased in the UK from the Chase Superbike Centre Limited website. Faulty or damaged goods can be returned for full credit or replacement, email us at info@chasesuperbikecentre.co.uk or telephone us on +44 (0)1543 466 416. You may return unwanted goods for credit within seven working days of receipt for full credit to your original payment method. Please note, if you have ordered the wrong size or colour, you will be liable for both return and replacement postage costs. The operator will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number. - Complete the Returns Note on the back of the packing slip and repack the goods securely. Fix the supplied returns label onto the front of the package.
- It is in your interest to obtain Proof of Posting as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods to our address without it.
- On receipt of the goods we will credit the original payment method with the value of the returned goods. Full credit will only be given if the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition with all packaging, components, labels, leaflets and instructions. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund if the goods are not in saleable condition.
HELMETS Helemets are a safety item, which cannot be offered for resale. Therefore no refund or return under any circumstances. A helmet may only be returned if faulty or supplied incorrectly. Any helmets that meet this criteria should be returned in the original packaging, complete with all labels, manuals and any other documentation.
